"Living room gymnastics" can be fun and convenient, BUT without the proper instruction and supervision attempting new skills at home will often lead to injury or a broken lamp!
Our developmental classes are both fun and beneficial for children of all ages.
Our classes are designed and tailored for children of all ages and skill levels. Gymnastics is a great activity for the development of coordination, strength, flexibility, and confidence. During classes, students will use every muscle group while learning fundamental gymnastics skills and having tons of fun! All of our gymnastics classes follow the USAG standard skill progressions! Students will find that gymnastics and fitness classes will enhance flexibility and help them build the strength needed to excel in other sports.
Studies also show that students who are involved in gymnastics tend to perform better in school!

Need-to-Know Information

Make-up Class Policy: Enrolled students may make up classes that are missed due to illness & emergencies in any equal level class that has openings. Make ups must be made within 30 days of absence. The student must check in at the hospitality desk prior to class. Missed make ups can not be rescheduled. Overuse of make ups negatively affects classes. Please honor the spirit of this privilege. 24 hour notice of cancellation is required. Make up classes are not guaranteed as they are based on availability.

Classes are 55 minutes long, allowing 5 minutes for coach/parent communication and interaction.

GLT! reserves the right to close classes/transfer students due to low enrollment numbers. (less than 3 students)

For SAFETY purposes, students must arrive ON TIME, wear proper attire & long hair tied back

24 hour advance notice is required for pay per class, make ups, and open gym.

Our programs are year round based on monthly tuition. You may withdraw at anytime by submitting a withdraw form prior to the 10th of the each month for the next months billing.

We do not charge more for months with 5 weeks or less for months that have less than 4.

WE offer a 20% sibling discount for recreational classes / 10% sibling discount for competitive programs

WE offer a 30% discount for a 2nd class and 50% off a 3rd class when any one student signs up for two or more classes!

WE prorate, so you can join ANYTIME!

WE are closed for the following holidays: Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Weekend, Christmas Week, and New Years Day (no makeups are needed as these days are factored into the monthly tuition)
